การศึกษาทฤษฎีเกี่ยวกับความรู้พื้นฐานของการให้การระงับความรู้สึกแก่ผู้ป่วย ประกอบด้วย การทำงานของระบบต่าง ๆ ของร่างกาย การทำงานของเครื่องมือต่าง ๆ การเตรียมผู้ป่วยก่อนการระงับความรู้สึกและการดูแลในระยะผ่าตัดและหลังผ่าตัด

Basic knowledge of physiology of organ systems, equipment function, pharmacology of anesthetic drugs. Anesthetic management including preoperative care, intraoperative care and postoperative care.
