Abstract |
The purpose of this work is to demonstrate the changes of the electric field distribution generated from arcing process of a gold ball bond machine due to gold wire configuration
and EFO gap variation. The electric field distribution can play a role that affects MR head characteristic of ahard disk drive. The studiedparameters are wire length, wire diameter
and EFO gap. The simulations show that wire diameter and EFO gap affect characteristic of electric field distribution while the wire length has unaffected role. |
