| บทคัดย่อ |
This study draws upon phenomenology to provide insight into informal workers transforming their assets into livelihoods in informal economies in Lao PDR. Data is collected using a qualitative method through in-depth interviews of 15 participants. Content analysis is performed using ATLAS.ti for categorisation, summarisation, and synthesis. The findings show that the social, human, and financial assets are highly valuable for workers in transforming assets into their livelihoods, followed by physical and natural assets. The results suggest that employability can be further enhanced informal workers sharped in transformation assets into their livelihoods are discussed. |
