     Abstract In solving the problems in computational fluid dynamics, selection the turbulence models is critical to the results because each turbulence model will be appropriate in different problems. The research presents the comparison between using each turbulence model which consists of Standard k-ε, Standard k-ω, Transition SST and Reynold Stress, in airflow simulation in Pressure chamber of Air-blast freezers which are used in frozen food industries. Simulating airflow will be guided to improvement and development in Air-blast freezers. The results of comparison turbulence models found that the Standard k-ε was the most suitable to apply with simulation airflow in this problem and it could be improved and developed the airflow patterns of freezers in frozen food industries.
