Abstract Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is mostly used to measure determining performance against capability of the Equipment. The OEE is concerted on availability, performance, and quality. Cycle time is actually a measure throughput the reciprocal of cycle time. This relationship is analogous to takt time, amount of time per unit, reciprocal of customer demand rate, units per period. Cycle Time or takt time is an average value. They are flow production system. Therefore, this research has an objective to improve productivity of OEE for flow system. The simplest definition of crossfunctional teams (CFTs) is groups made up of employee from different functional areas to implement Kaizen activity for this successfully. We offer a three-part framework integrating a lean assessment, production line balancing, and OEE. We start out lean assessment created as a guide for the organization in their lean journey. Then we define the key link of the Production Line Balancing (PLB). Criteria of lean assessment are presented them step by steps starting with an approach (A) putting a lean roadmap specifying to organization, deployment (D) designed to help make the improvements necessary, then learning (L) are guidelines of revised for the better using the integrated evaluation and improvement and integration (I) calling ADLI. The OEE assessment of small group showed that the average level of 62.25% OEE compared to world class of 85.00%. After productivity improvement, Average of available rate as a record 83%, performance rate 86% and quality rate as 97%, respectively So, calculate the OEE = A • P • Q = 83% X 86% X 97% = 69.24%.
