| Abstract |
The objective of this research is for design and develop display framework of criminal map system that effective and applicable with all areas. Researcher has emphasized the design areas of data management that is any desired area. The users can access each data display and define size and center point of primary map that wanted to deal with criminal map. There are two criminal maps can be display such as Point Mapping and Choropleth Mapping and also can show the details of each crime area which included important surrounding area in both regular map and satellite. In this crime mapping test, the investigators took the crime data from the Police Forensic Center 4 as a case study. For designing and developing a display framework for crime mapping systems, the research found that the developed crime mapping system can work effectively and can be used in other areas without further development. The evaluating user satisfaction was found that the users were satisfied at the highest level. |
