| Abstract |
This research aims to study and analyze the local identity of Tai-Dam ethnic. In order to offer the thought local identity of Tai-Dam ethnic moving forward to gastronomy tourism by review the literature about local identity of Tai-Dam ethnic consisted of; 1) Product and design, 2) Handicraft, 3) Tradition and Culture, 4) Location and setting, 5) Beliefs, 6) House style, 7) Language and 8) Gastronomy tourism management. The study was conducted by the qualitative research with collecting data from surveying Tai-Dam ethnic in Thailand, journals, researches about local identity of Tai-Dam ethnic and gastronomy tourism management. Then used content analysis, pattern matching and explanation building. The study’s result found that the local identity of Tai-Dam ethnic, and gastronomy tourism management, then take the analyzed result to proceed the thought local identity of Tai-Dam ethnic moving forward to gastronomy tourism. |
