     Abstract The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of organizational innovation on organizational performance which includes the roles of adhocracy culture on organizational innovation and performance. Data were collected from in-depth interviews with seven SMES entrepreneurs who received SMEs National Awards in Thailand. Questionnaires were used to gather data from 201 SMEs entrepreneurs. EFA, CFA, and regression analysis were used to analyze the data and to test the hypotheses. The findings indicate that organizational innovation has a positive effect on organizational performance.In addition, adhocracy culture has no effect on the relationship between organizational innovation and organizational performance. However, adhocracy culture has a direct effect on organizational performance. The findings of this study expand knowledge relating to organizational innovation. The entrepreneurs can utilize the findings to improve suitable organizational innovation so as to reach the expected organizational performance set.
