Research that meets the eligibility criteria were collected using survey data for research synthesis and the data summary were 8 leveraged for the research analysis. Statistics parameter used in data analysis are frequency, percentage, and synthesis. There are 37 researches in Thailand actively working on the concept of reflective thinking. The number of researchers working in teaching, curriculum development, and public health issues are respectively 31, 2 and 4. The research subjects are comprised of 3 aspects: (1) teaching and learning model to promote reflection in students, (2) curriculum development for the incorporation of reflective thinking in education, and ( 3) public health issues including reflection on nursing care planning and service Keywords: synthesis of research related to reflection, reflective thinking
