| Abstract |
This paper aims to find the determinants of moonlighting from Udon Thani government officers. The exploratory factor analysis Model: EFA is specified for testing. The observed variables are defined as three groups by the principal component analysis: PCA as follows: economics dimension, physical and personal attitude dimension, knowledge and risk management dimension with KMO sampling adequacy is 0.942. Therefore, the survey data can be inferred the behavior phenomena at statistically significance. In this study the researchers use proportion of variable as 1:20 to set the sample size. According to the sample of 280 observations will combine the government officer, teacher, soldier, and police in Udon Thani province. The two stages of sampling were used such: 1) simple random sampling to find the multiple job holders in each place, 2) purposive sampling to find the connection of multiple job holders in Udon Thani. The questionnaire is a research tool with measuring opinion out of 10 scales. From econometric result illustrate that all of entire components are affecting to the moonlighting of Udon Thani government officers at significance level 0.01. Moreover, the model shows that household debt (ECON2), time management (PHYS1), and loan accessing (KNOW3) highly impacts in each component. |
