Abstract |
The SnS2/rGO nanocomposites were synthesized by hydrothermal method at 180 ˚C for 12 h. The obtained products were calcined at 400 ˚C for 4 h in Ar to be used as working electrode materials of supercapacitors. The crystal structure of nanocomposites were characterized by X-ray diffraction, and the morphology were studied by scanning electron microscope and tunneling electron microscope. The XRD results showed that nanocomposites were formed in hexagonal structure, and the SEM images showed the hierarchical structure of SnS2/rGO nanocomposites. The electrochemical properties were performed by cyclic voltammetry and galvanostatic charge-discharge in 3 M KOH electrolyte. The results showed a high specific capacitance of 217.54 Fg-1 at a current density of 5.0 Ag-1 with excellent specific capacitance retention of 93.89% after 1500 charge-discharge cycles at a current density of 20 Ag-1. The electrochemical properties measurement demonstrated high-rate capacity and excellent stability of SnS2/rGO nanocomposites, exhibit promising applicability for used as supercapacitor working electrode |
