บทคัดย่อ
วิจัยกึ่งทดลองนี้เพื่อศึกษาผลของแนวปฏิบัติการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวานที่มีภาวะน้ำตาลในเลือดสูงขณะรับไว้ในโรงพยาบาลต่อผลลัพธ์ทางคลินิก ในผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 ที่มีภาวะน้ำตาลในเลือดสูง จำนวน 62 คน แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลอง 31 คน ได้รับการพยาบาลตามแนวปฏิบัติการพยาบาลฯ และกลุ่มควบคุม 31 คน ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มทดลองเกิดภาวะน้ำตาลในเลือดสูงซ้ำและจำนวนวันนอนโดยเฉลี่ยน้อยกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.05) การกลับมารักษาซ้ำใน 28 วัน หลังจำหน่ายของทั้งสองกลุ่มไม่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p = 0.113) คะแนนเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจของพยาบาลต่อการใช้แนวปฏิบัติการพยาบาลฯอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

Abstract
This quasi-experimental research aimed to study the effects of clinical nursing practice guidelines for diabetic patients with hyperglycemia while receiving in the hospital on clinical outcomes. In patients with type 2 diabetes with hyperglycemia 62 in the inpatient department were divided into 31 experimental groups receiving nursing care according to the nursing practice guidelines, anther 31 control groups received usual care.The results showed that the experimental group had recurrent hyperglycemia and period of staying in hospital was significantly lower than the control group (p <0.05). The experimental group and control group had readmission with hyperglycemia in 28 days after discharge from the hospital, there was no statistically significant difference (p = 0.113) and the average score of nursing satisfaction on the use of nursing practice guideline was at a high level.
