| บทคัดย่อ |
The design technique for improving the electromotive force (EMF) of switched flux permanent magnet (SFPM) generator was proposed through the simulations based on 2-D finite element method. The Multi-tooth technique was performed to adjust the stator structure of generator, while the number of electrical phase of the generator was reduced according to the desired structural circumstance. The phase flux linkage, EMF and cogging torque of the multi-tooth SFPM generator were characterized and were compared with those of the conventional SFPM generator. The results show that the multi-tooth SFPM generator can produce 4% higher EMF than that of conventional model at same rotational speed. The proposed structure indicates similar cogging torque as the conventional structure, however the proposed multi-tooth SFPM generator requires only half volume of permanent magnet compared to the regular structure. Therefore, the proposed Multi-tooth design technique can be utilized to maximize the open-circuit phase EMF of SFPM generator. |
