Abstract This research study was aimed to develop a flexi bar training model for overweight adults. The samples were 17 exercise experts who were divided into 3 groups: 1. 7 exercise trainers in workplaces; 2. 3 sport scientists at division of sports medicine in private hospitals, and 3. 7 university teachers. Delphi technique was applied for conducting the research. The research instrument was a questionnaire created by the researcher which was semi-structured, open-ended rating scale questionnaire, with 5 rates, consisted of 21 questions. The questionnaire was sent to the experts for 3 rounds. 15 experts did not change the answers while another 2 experts change the answers in round 2, approximately 11.76 %. After 3 rounds, the researcher analyzed the data using Median, Mode and Interquartile range. The results revealed that the experts had corresponding opinion toward the development of flexi bar training model for overweight adults at the most important level (Median = 5.00; Mode = 5.00; and Interquartile Range = 0.00). These showed that the experts’ opinions were correspondingly agreed for all 3 aspects including; 1) specifications of flexi bar, 2. Patterns of flexi-bar training model and 3) the use of flexi bar for exercise which was very beneficial for overweight adults. This research also pointed out that the experts correspondingly agreed that the components of flexi-bar exercise model and flexi bar training model were appropriate for exercise, and it was an alternative for exercise to stimulate energy expenditure rate which results in good physical fitness and biochemistry in bloods. In addition, it strengthens muscles and structures of joints of overweight adults; and it was a model for exercise program for those who have few physical activities and abnormality in physical movement in the future.
