| Abstract |
บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้เป็นวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบหาความสัมพันธ์ (Descriptive correlational study) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความขัดแย้งและการจัดการความขัดแย้งของพยาบาลวิชาชีพห้องอุบัติเหตุและฉุก เฉิน โรงพยาบาลทั่วไป สังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข เขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 134 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่างมีระบบ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามความขัดแย้งและการจัดการความขัดแย้ง ตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา ได้ค่า CVI ของแบบสอบถามความขัดแย้งและการจัด การความขัดแย้ง เท่ากับ 0.94 และ 0.96 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ค่าความเที่ยงโดยใช้สูตรสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟา ครอนบาค ได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ความเชื่อมั่นแบบสอบถามความขัดแย้งและการจัดการความขัดแย้ง เท่ากับ 0.94 และ 0.95 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
พยาบาลวิชาชีพห้องอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉิน โรงพยาบาลทั่วไป สังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข เขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ มีความขัดแย้งโดยรวมระดับปานกลาง (x ̅ = 3.35, SD = 0.68, 95%CI = 3.24-3.47) พบความขัดแย้งด้านการสื่อสาร ด้านบุคคล และด้านโครงสร้างองค์กร มีค่าเฉลี่ยระดับปานกลาง(x ̅ = 3.44, SD = 0.74, x ̅ = 3.32, SD = 0.77 และ x ̅ = 3.30, SD = 0.74 ตามลำดับ) ส่วนวิธีการจัดการความขัดแย้งโดยรวมระดับมาก (x ̅ = 3.70, SD = 0.49, 95%CI = 3.61- 3.79) พบการจัดการความขัดแย้งด้วยวิธีการปรองดอง การประนีประนอม และการร่วมมือ มีค่าเฉลี่ยระดับมาก (x ̅ = 4.08, SD = 0.69, x ̅ = 3.96, SD = 0.66 และ x ̅ = 3.90, SD = 0.71 ตามลำดับ) การแข่งขันและการหลีกเลี่ยง มีค่าเฉลี่ยระดับปานกลาง (x ̅ = 3.32, SD = 0.84 และ x ̅ = 3.25, SD = 0.63 ตามลำดับ)
ความขัดแย้งมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับปานกลางกับการจัดการความขัดแย้ง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r = 0.558, p < 0.01)
Abstract
The purpose of this descriptive correlational study of conflict and conflict management styles of Emergency room’s Nurses in General Hospitals under the jurisdiction of Ministry of Public Health, Northeast Region. The sample was 134 register nurses were selected by systematic random sampling. Data were collected from questionnaire of conflict and conflict management styles. The structural accuracy and contents of this research instrument were score of CVI the conflict and methods of managing conflict questionnaires are 0.94 and 0.96, consecutively. The reliability coefficient the conflict and methods of managing conflict questionnaires are 0.94 and 0.95, consecutively. The study were analyzed by descriptive statistics and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.
As for the result of the research, it was found that
The results showed moderate level of conflicts (x ̅ = 3.35, SD = 0.68, 95%CI = 3.24-3.47). There were conflicts in communication, personal and organizational structure showed medium level (x ̅ = 3.44, SD = 0.74, x ̅ = 3.32, SD = 0.77 and x ̅ = 3.30, SD = 0.74 consecutively). The conflict management showed high level (x ̅ = 3.70, SD = 0.49, 95%CI = 3.61-3.79). There followed by accommodating, compromising and collaborating are high level (x ̅ = 4.08, SD = 0.69, x ̅ = 3.96, SD = 0.66 and x ̅ = 3.90, SD = 0.71 consecutively), while competing and avoiding are medium level (x ̅ = 3.32, SD = 0.84 and x ̅ = 3.25, SD = 0.63 consecutively).
The study showed significant relationship between conflicts and conflict management are moderate positive level (r = 0.558, p < 0.01)
