     Abstract he purpose of this research was to synthesize theoretical and designing framework of constructivist web-based learning environment model to enhance creative thinking. Document analysis and survey research were employed in this study. The procedures were as follows: 1. to examine and analyze principles, theories and related researches, 2. to study instructional context 3. to synthesize the theoretical and the designing framework. The result revealed that: 1) The theoretical framework consisted of 5 bases were as follows: (1) pedagogical base, (2) psychological base, (3) Technological and media theory base, (4) Contextual base and (5) Neuroscience base 2) The designing framework consisted of 5 stages and 7 elements, were as follows: (1) Activating cognitive structure and promoting Creative Thinking (2) Supporting for adjusting of cognitive equilibrium (3) Supporting for enlarging cognitive structure (4) Fostering creative thinking (5) Supporting and encouraging knowledge construction and 7 element as following: (1( Problem Bases, (2) Learning Resources, (3) Social Collaboration Center (4) Cognitive Tools (5) Creative Thinking Center (6) Scaffolding center (7) Coaching Center
