บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาพันธุศาสตร์ระดับเซลล์ของปลาปักเป้าเขียว (Dichotomyctere fluviatilis)
จากแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยา จังหวัดสิงห์บุรี ใช้ตัวอย่างเพศผู้และเพศเมียอย่างละ 5 ตัว โดยเตรียมโครโมโซมโดยวิธีทางตรงจากเนื้อเยื่อไต ย้อมสีโครโมโซมแบบธรรมดาและแถบสีแบบนอร์
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ปลาปักเป้าเขียวมีจำนวนโครโมโซมดิพลอยด์เท่ากับ 40 แท่ง จำนวนโครโมโซมพื้นฐาน (NF) เท่ากับ 76 ทั้งในเพศผู้และเพศเมีย โครโมโซมเครื่องหมายที่มีตำแหน่งของนอร์
พบจำนวน 1 คู่ อยู่บริเวณส่วนปลายแขนข้างสั้นของโครโมโซมชนิดเมทาเซนทริกคู่ที่ 5 โดยสูตร
แคริโอไทป์ประกอบด้วยโครโมโซมร่างกายชนิดเมทาเซนทริก-ซับเมทาเซนทริก-อะโครเซนทริกและเทโลเซนทริกเท่ากับ 16-12-8-4

Abstract
Cytogenetics of Green pufferfish (Dichotomyctere fluviatilis) from the Chao Phraya River Basin, Sing Buri Province in Central Thailand. The chromosomes were directly prepared from kidney tissues of five male and five female specimens. Conventional staining and Ag-NOR banding techniques were applied to strain the chromosomes. The results showed that the diploid chromosome number (2n) was 40 chromosomes and the fundamental number (NF) was 76 in both males and females. The chromosome marker is NOR-bearing chromosome which found one metacentric chromosome pair on 5 of the chromosome.
