     Abstract Abstract The objectives of research is to study components of entrepreneurial equity brand for tutorial school in Thailand. Using descriptive research on 2 steps which are 1) study 7 documents about brand equity for synthesize the components of brand equity and 2) confirm the the components by the 7 specialists in educational administration and measurement and evaluation. The research found that: The entrepreneurial equity brand for tutorial school consisted of 4 main are components include: 1) brand awareness include 2 sub-components are brand recall, and brand recognition, 2) Brand association include 3 sub-components are the brand's attitude, brand features and the benefits of the brand, 3) Perceived quality consists of 3 sub-components which are satisfaction , intention and trust, and 4) Brand loyalty include 2 sub-components are behavioral loyalty and loyalty in attitude.
