บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาความบกพร่องในการถอดแบบแปลนเพื่อยื่นเอกสารเสนอราคาในงานรับเหมาก่อสร้าง โดยการประยุกต์ใช้
ซิกซ์ ซิกม่า ในการลดข้อบกพร่องในงานถอดแบบแปลนรับเหมาก่อสร้าง ซึ่งได้ท าการศึกษาเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง
รวมถึงการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับการรับเหมาก่อสร้าง แล้วน ามาก าหนดขั้นตอนและวิธีการด าเนินการศึกษาโดยการ
ประยุกต์ใช้แนวทางการแก้ปัญหาตามเทคนิคซิกซ์ ซิกม่า ผลการศึกษา พบ ว่า สามารถระบุปัญหาและแบ่งออกได้ ดังนี้ 1.
ปัญหาที่ตัวบุคคล 2. ปัญหาที่ข้อมูลราคา 3. ปัญหาที่กฎระเบียบทางราชการ 4. ข้อจ ากัดในเรื่องของเวลากับปริมาณงาน
สาเหตุของการเกิดปัญหาประเด็นหลักใหญ่ๆ และสาเหตุของที่ท าให้เกิดความพกพร่องในรายละเอียดย่อย ซึ่งแสดงในแผนพัง
ก้างปลา หลังจากนั้นน ามาวิเคราะห์ปัญหาด้วยแผนภาพพาเรโต 3 อันดับแรกตามแนวคิดของภาพพาเรโตส าหรับการปรับปรุง
แก้ไข คือ ใบเสนอราคาจริงไม่ตรงกับราคาซื้อขายจริง ไม่สามารถก าหนดราคาได้ตามท้องตลาดเนื่องจากการควบคุมจาก
กระทรวงพาณิชย์ และ นายช่างขาดความช านาญในการถอดแบบแปลน ตามล าดับ สาเหตุดังกล่าวถูกน าไปด าเนินการ
ปรับปรุงแก้ไขต่อไป

Abstract
Study of faults in removing plans for submission of bidding documents in construction work. By
applying Six Sigma to reduce defects in construction drawings. Which has studied related documents and
research. Including interviews with people who are involved in the construction contract. Then the steps
and methods of the study were determined by applying the six-sigma technique to solve problems. The
results of the study found that the problems could be identified and divided as follows: 1. Individual
problems; Price 3. Issues that government regulations 4. Limitations of time and workload. The cause of
the occurrence of the major problems. And the causes of the lack of portability in details as shown in the
plan to break the fishbone. After that, the problem was analyzed with the top 3 Pareto diagrams based
on the concept of Pareto for revision, ie the actual quotation does not match the actual trading price.
The price could not be determined according to the market due to the control from the Ministry of
Commerce and the master technician lacking expertise in removing the drawings, respectively, the cause
was taken for further improvement.
