| Abstract |
บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการศึกษาองค์ประกอบของภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุดรธานี เขต 2 เป็นการวิจัยเอกสารดำเนินการ 2 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) ศึกษาเอกสารเกี่ยวกับ ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของครู จำนวน 10 แหล่ง โดยเลือกองค์ประกอบที่มีความถี่ตั้งแต่ร้อยละ 60 เพื่อสังเคราะห์องค์ประกอบของภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมจากแนวคิดและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง และ 2) ยืนยันองค์ประกอบของภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมตามกรอบที่ได้สังเคราะห์จากเอกสาร โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านการวิจัยและบริหารการศึกษา จำนวน 5 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ผลการวิจัยพบว่าภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุดรธานี เขต 2 มี 4 องค์ประกอบหลัก ได้แก่ 1) วิสัยทัศน์เชิงนวัตกรรม มี 2 ตัวชี้วัดได้แก่ การกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์เชิงนวัตกรรมและการนำวิสัยทัศน์เชิงนวัตกรรมสู่การปฏิบัติ 2) การสร้างเครือข่ายเชิงนวัตกรรม มี 3 ตัวชี้วัด ได้แก่ การสร้างชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ การติดต่อสื่อสารอย่างสร้างสรรค์ และการมีส่วนร่วมในชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ 3) การสร้างบรรยากาศเชิงนวัตกรรม มี 3 ตัวชี้วัดได้แก่ การมีนวัตกรรมการสอน การมีระบบพี่เลี้ยง และการจัดสภาพแวดล้อม 4) การคิดสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรม มี 3 ตัวชี้วัด ได้แก่ การคิดริเริ่ม การคิดหยืดหยุ่น และการคิดแบบบูรณาการ
ABSTRACT
This research aims to study components of innovative leadership of teacher under office of Udonthani primary education area 2. Using documents research on 2 steps are 1) study 10 documents about Innovative Leadership for synthesis the components of Innovative Leadership, and 2) confirm the components by the 5 experts in research and educational administration. The research found that:
The Innovative Leadership of Teacher Under Office of Udonthani Primary Education Area 2.
Consisted of 4 main elements include: 1) Innovation vision have 2 indicators which are establishing an innovative vision and implementing that vision. 2) Innovative networks has 3 indicators which are building a professional learning community, constructive communication and participation in operations. 3) Creating a creative atmosphere has 3 indicators which are teaching innovation, mentoring system and environment arrangement.4) Innovative thinking has 3 indicators which are initiative thinking, flexible thinking and integrated thinking.
