| Abstract |
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพที่เป็นจริงและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ภาวะผู้นำแบบเสริมพลังของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และ 2) ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำแบบเสริมพลังของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาหนองคายเขต 1 การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครู จำนวน 320 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพที่เป็นจริงภาวะผู้นำแบบเสริมพลังของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.31) ด้านการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด ( = 3.54) รองลงมาคือด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม ( = 3.43) และด้านการพัฒนาวิชาชีพ มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด ( = 3.10) สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ภาวะผู้นำแบบเสริมพลังของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( =4.86) ด้านการพัฒนาวิชาชีพ มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด ( = 4.94) รองลงมาคือด้านการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ ( = 4.88) และด้านการสร้างเครือข่าย มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด ( = 4.79)
ค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำแบบเสริมพลังของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาหนองคายเขต 1 ภาพรวม พบว่า ค่า PNIModified อยู่ระหว่าง 0.379 ถึง 0.594 ความต้องการจำเป็นที่พบว่ามีค่า PNIModified สูงสุดมีความสำคัญเป็นลำดับที่ 1 คือ ด้านการพัฒนาวิชาชีพ (PNIModified =0.594) ลำดับที่ 2 คือ ด้านการปรับตัว (PNIModified =0.494) ลำดับที่ 3 คือด้านการสร้างเครือข่าย (PNIModified =0.483) ลำดับที่ 4 คือ ด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม (PNIModified =0.402) และลำดับที่ 5 คือ ด้านการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ (PNIModified =0.379)
ABSTRACT
The purposes of this research were 1) to 1) to study the need for synergistic leadership development of school administrators. And 2) to study the approaches to developing a leadership model synergistic administrators in schools under Nongkhai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. This research was descriptive and consisted of 320 administrators and teachers by stratified random sampling. Study tool was a questionnaire and the Individual Interview.
The results of the research were as follows: 1) the actual condition and desirable condition. In general, it was found that the real condition of the synergistic leadership of the school administrators under Nongkhai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was found. Overall, it was at a high level ( = 3.31). The highest mean knowledge sharing ( = 3.54), followed by teamwork ( = 3.43), and professional development was the lowest mean ( = 3.10). Another desirable condition was at the overall highest mean ( = 4.86). The Professional development was highest mean ( = 4.94) followed by the knowledge sharing ( = 4.88) and networking ( = 4.79). The Needs index to develop empowered leadership of administrators under the Nongkhai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, overall, it was found that the PNIModified value ranged from 0.379 to 0.594. The first priority was professional development (PNIModified =0.594), the second was the adaptation (PNIModified =0.494), the third was the networking (PNIModified =0.483), the fourth was teamwork (PNIModified =0.402) and the knowledge sharing (PNIModified =0.379).
