Abstract |
This research aimed to study components and indicators of the multi-generation management for school personnel under the Office of Udonthani Primary Educational Service Area 2 and to validate consistency of the multi-generation management indicator model with the empirical data. The samples consisted of 285 school personnel under the Office of Udonthani Primary Educational Service Area 2, using a multi-step sampling method. The research instrument was a five-level estimating scale questionnaire with the content validity of 0.6-1.0 and the reliability of .983. The general data of respondents was analyzed by descriptive statistics and confirmatory factor analysis with empirical data by Mplus 7.0 program.
The research results were found that components and indicators of the multi-generation management for school personnel under the Office of Udonthani Primary Educational Service Area 2, consisted of 5 components: 1) Building Team Diversity with 3 indicators, 2) Coaching and Mentoring with 3 indicators, 3) Constantly Personnel Development with 2 indicators, 4) Quality Personnel Retention with 3 indicators, and 5) Communication for Good Relationship with 3 indicators. The factor loadings from the highest to the lowest were 0.968, 0.956, 0.954, 0.954, 0.913. The test of consistency of indicator model which the researcher has developed was consistent with the empirical data that valued x^2= 75.370, df = 59, P-Value = 0.0740 RMSEA = 0.031, = SRMR = 0.01, CFI = 0.996 and TLI = 0.994. |
