     Abstract The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the improvement of English speaking Skill through Constructivist Approach learning management with Puppet so that at least 70% of the students pass the determined criteria which is 70% of the full score. 2) to study the reflection of using Constructivist Approach learning management with Puppet. The target group consisted of 39 students in 2nd grade in IEC Class B 1/2 in the Khon Kaen University Demonstration School (Primary School Suksasart) during second semester of 2020 academic year. This research used Classroom Action Research from Kemmis and McTaggart theory (1988) which is conducted into three cycles. There were three categories of instruments namely 1) Operational instruments consisted of 3 lesson plans and 6 teaching periods/meeting, 2) Reflection instruments consisted of observation form of students’ behavior, observation form of teacher’ behavior, field note, speaking assessment for group individual work, and 3) Evaluation instruments consisted of post test regarding the learning management using Constructivist Approach with Puppet. For quantitative data analysis, descriptive statistics with percentage, mean and standard deviation were performed. For qualitative data analysis, content analysis and explanation were performed. The result findings found that 1) Based on the score in the post test, it showed that 87 % of the students made a mean score of 78.71 % which was better than criteria which stated that at least 70 % of the students pass the determined criteria which is the 70 % of the full score. This showed that students got improvement of English Speaking skill through Constructivist Approach learning management with Puppet. 2) Based on the reflection from comments in the observation form, it is concluded that Constructivist Approach Learning Management with Puppet could make students interested and excited to learn, could enhance creative skills and could have the potential to foster work in cooperative way in a group.
