| Abstract |
Education is one of the main pillars for countries development which gives people valuable knowledge about their surroundings and help develop their society to advance. Teachers take a crucial position in every part of the education system.Promoting private education management is one of the main missions of the Ministry of Education which aims to achieve the development of private education towards excellence with quality up to international standards.Teacher job satisfaction is important to cause a positive school environment as well as teaching efficiency. Therefore, the teachers’ job satisfaction is important to be developed for teachers under the service of Khon Kaen Provincial Education Office Area, Khon Kaen, Thailand. This research study aimed to find and analyze components and indicators of the Job Satisfaction for private school teachers under the service of Khon Kaen Provincial Education Office Area. The research method is Qualitative Research by using Document Analysis about the job satisfaction. |
