| บทคัดย่อ |
In human history, graphics have always played an important decorative role in our living space. We have used the terms decorative pattern and decorative graphic to define the concept of these figures and their role in the environment. However, in the contemporary space, the decorative role of graphics has changed, resulting in more and more complex functions and effects. As a new concept, environment graphic appears in the design research field. The complex and changeable contemporary architecture and the rapid development of graphics technology have endowed environmental graphics with complex connotations and concepts. How to define the research scope of this concept?
This paper attempts to explore the origin of environment graphics and their development history in the contemporary space, analyze the evolution in the role of graphics in the environment, show the expansion of the scope of environment graphic research, and summary to five levels: 1. The environment graphics are different from the graphic decoration of the building surface. 2. Environment graphic research is not a compositional study of building facades. 3. Environment graphic is a new concept that beyond decorative patterns. 4. The environment graphic is not just a guidance design, but many new categories have been developed. 5. The interactive experience of people with new graphics in the space environment has become a new direction of environmental graphics research. |
