| บทคัดย่อ |
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาชุดอุปกรณ์เพิ่มความแข็งแรงของกล้ามเนื้อมัดเล็กในเด็กที่มีความบกพร่องทางสติปัญญา เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความแข็งแรงกล้ามเนื้อมัดเล็กและความสามารถด้านการเขียนลีลาเส้นก่อนและหลังใช้อุปกรณ์เพิ่มความแข็งแรงกล้ามเนื้อมัดเล็กในเด็กที่มีความบกพร่องทางสติปัญญา กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้วิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ เด็กที่ได้รับการวินิจฉัยจากแพทย์ว่ามีความบกพร่องทางสติปัญญา อายุระหว่าง 3 – 6 ปี และมีความล่าช้าทางด้านทักษะกล้ามเนื้อมัดเล็ก จำนวน 5 คนโดยการเลือกแบบ Purposive Sampling การวิจัยนี้ได้ผ่านการรับรองจากคณะกรรมการจริยธรรมการวิจัยในมนุษย์มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เลขที่ HE644001 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบสำรวจความสนใจในการฟังเพลง ชุดอุปกรณ์เพิ่มความแข็งแรงของกล้ามเนื้อมัดเล็ก เครื่องวัดกำลังกล้ามเนื้อมือและนิ้วมือ แผนการจัดกิจกรรมเพิ่มความแข็งแรงของกล้ามเนื้อมัดเล็ก และแบบทดสอบด้านการเขียนลีลาเส้น ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ชุดอุปกรณ์เพิ่มความแข็งแรงของกล้ามเนื้อมัดเล็กในเด็กที่มีความบกพร่องทางสติปัญญา มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง (IOC) เท่ากับ 1.00 ผลการวิเคราะห์ความเหมาะสมและความสอดคล้องจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ มีค่าเฉลี่ย เท่ากับ 4.58 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน เท่ากับ 0.30 มีระดับความเหมาะสมมากที่สุด และกลุ่มเป้าหมายมีความแข็งแรงกล้ามเนื้อมัดเล็กและความสามารถด้านการเขียนลีลาเส้นสูงขึ้นหลังใช้อุปกรณ์เพิ่มความแข็งแรงกล้ามเนื้อมัดเล็ก อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 สรุปได้ว่า ชุดอุปกรณ์เพิ่มความแข็งแรงของกล้ามเนื้อมัดเล็กในเด็กที่มีความบกพร่องทางสติปัญญามีผลทำให้กล้ามเนื้อมัดเล็กมีความแข็งแรงและมีความสามารถด้านการเขียนลีลาเส้นเพิ่มมากขึ้น
The purposes of this study were to develop strength device kit in fine motor skills for children with intellectual disabilities. To compare muscle strength of fine motor and comparing hand writing before and after strength device kit used in intellectual disabilities children. The target group of this study were 5 children with intellectual disabilities and delay of fine motor skills, aged 3-6 years old, selected by purposive sampling. The research was accredited by the Human Research Ethics Committee of Khon Kean University Number HE640001. Research tools were interest inventory of music, strength device kit in fine motor skills, Activity plan, grip strength tool and line writing test. The result of this study showed that (1) The strength device kit in fine motor skills in children with intellectual disabilities has indexed of Consistency (IOC) of 1.00. The analysis results of expert suitability and conformity showed that analysis results had the highest level of suitability with the mean score at 4.58 of 5, the standard deviation is 0.30. It was consistent with the objectives and children with intellectual disabilities improved fine motor muscle strength and had line writing ability higher after train with strength device kit in fine motor skills for children with intellectual disabilities with a statistically significant level of 0.05. Result of the study was strength device kit in fine motor skills for children with intellectual disabilities can improve hand grip strength and hand writing ability. |
