     Abstract The objective of this research is to design and development of scenario based learning environment to enhance creative problem solving of geohazards for 10th grade students. The developmental research type I. Research methodology are document analysis, survey. The result revealed that ; the interactive learning environment comprise of 5 components as following: 1) Problem base 2) Resource 3) Collaboration 4) Scaffolding, and 5) Coaching. And the results from the study of the efficiency of the learning environment by experts found effective consistent with all aspects and can be used in research in the next process.
