     Abstract This research aims to clarify the lesson plan learning activities about creating learning materials or teaching processes for students’ grade 11. The learning activities show the classroom processes of Acid-Base scientific concept based on the development of lesson planning through the STEM education. The STEM education learning activities were developed by Sutaphan and Yueyong (2019) that is called “The context-based STEM education learning approach”. This learning approach consists of 7 steps. This learning approach including (1) identification of social issue, (2) identification of potential solution, (3) need for knowledge, (4) decision-making, (5) development and prototype or product, (6) test & evaluation of the solution, and (7) socialization and completion decision stage. The clarify processes of this research consists of 6 steps of professional learning community (PLC). This PLC processes have 6 steps. There are (1) definition of PLC processes, (2) creating the lesson plan, (3) Consulting adviser, (4) appointment the STEM education expert, (5) group discussion (6) conclusion for all (7) improvement the lesson plan. The PLC results reveal that strengths of this lesson plan are favorite problem situation of identification of social issue and suitable with Acid-Base scientific concept. The guidelines of lesson plan improvement just are integrating another subject matter for more students’ learning outcomes, increasing opportunity of students’ creating inquiry tool in decision-making step, adapting some problem issue for more suitable with the students’ creating inquiry tool.
