| บทคัดย่อ |
Globally, the burden of Coronary artery disease (CAD), one of the major non-communicable diseases (NCDs), has been significantly rising in Asia. This study investigated the spatial distribution, spatial association, and spatial regression to clarify the association among the nighttime light, the spatial density of alcohol and tobacco stores, the concentration of the elderly population and the prevalence of CAD among middle-aged and elderly people in Thailand; found that result from spatial lag model (SLM) R2= 0.416, P < 0.05. More over the obtained result showed that clusters of CAD prevalence in the central area were strongly associated with the sociodemographic pattern and environmental factors. The findings of this study will benefit public sectors or related organizations, policymakers, medical professionals and strategy developers to develop efficient measures to control CAD in the country. |
