บทคัดย่อ
พัฒนาการของเด็กระดับปฐมวัยมีความสำคัญมากเพราะเป็นช่วงวัยที่มีการเจริญเติบโตทั้งร่างกาย จิตใจอารมณ์ สังคมและสติปัญญาที่ส่งผลต่อทักษะการดำเนินชีวิตในอนาคตซึ่งผู้ปกครองมีหน้าที่หลักในการช่วยเหลือให้เด็กได้รับการส่งเสริมอย่างเต็มศักยภาพ เด็กสมองพิการมีภาวะความบกพร่องที่ต้องได้รับการพัฒนาอย่างถูกต้อง สม่ำเสมอและต่อเนื่อง การวิจัยในครั้งนี้วัตถุประสงค์วิจัย: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการช่วยเหลือตนเองของเด็กสมองพิการสำหรับผู้ปกครอง 2) เพื่อศึกษาความสามารถของผู้ปกครอง ในการใช้แอปพลิเคชันเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการช่วยเหลือตนเองของเด็กสมองพิการ และ3) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบทักษะการช่วยเหลือตนเองของเด็กสมองพิการก่อนและหลังจากผู้ปกครองใช้แอปพลิเคชันเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการช่วยเหลือตนเองของเด็กสมองพิการ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ เด็กสมองพิการ จำนวน 5 คนและผู้ปกครอง จำนวน 5 คน ดำเนินการทดลองตามแผนการทดลองแบบกลุ่มเดียวทดสอบก่อนหลัง(Quasi – Experimental Research; Non – Randomize one group pretest – posttest design) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แอปพลิเคชันเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการช่วยเหลือตนเองของเด็กสมองพิการ แบบทดสอบความสามารถของผู้ปกครอง แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้และแบบประเมินทักษะการช่วยเหลือตนเองของเด็กสมองพิการ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพื้นฐาน และสถิติทดสอบ The Wilcoxon Matched Pairs Signed-Ranks Test
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) แอปพลิเคชันเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการช่วยเหลือตนเองของเด็กสมองพิการสำหรับผู้ปกครองเป็นโปรแกรมที่ใช้ได้ในโทรศัพท์มือถือและคอมพิวเตอร์ประกอบด้วย คำชี้แจงการใช้งาน แบบทดสอบความสามารถของผู้ปกครอง แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ สื่อ ภาพ วีดีทัศน์ประกอบการฝึก และ แบบประเมินทักษะการช่วยเหลือตนเองของเด็กสมองพิการ แอปพลิเคชันมีความเหมาะสมเฉลี่ยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (µ = 4.56, σ = .12) โดยด้านกระบวนการใช้งานมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (µ = 4.56,σ =.26) และด้านเนื้อหา มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก (µ = 4.58, σ =.14) 2) ความสามารถของผู้ปกครอง ก่อนและหลังการใช้แอปพลิเคชั่นเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการช่วยเหลือตนเองของเด็กสมองพิการแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ3) ทักษะการช่วยเหลือตนเองของเด็กสมองพิการก่อนและหลังจากผู้ปกครองใช้แอปพลิเคชัน มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ที่ระดับ .05

Abstract
The purposes of this research were 1) to develop an application to develop self-help skills of children with cerebral palsy for parents; 2) to study the abilities of parents to use the application to develop self-help skills of children with cerebral palsy and 3) to compare the self-help skills of children with cerebral palsy before and after their parents used the application. The sample group were 5 children with cerebral palsy and 5 parents . The experimental plan was Quasi – Experimental Research; Non – Randomize one group pretest – posttest design.The research tools consisted of an application to develop self-help skills of children with cerebral palsy, a parental ability test, learning management plan and self-help skills assessment form for children with cerebral palsy. Data were analyzed using basic statistics and The Wilcoxon Matched Pairs Signed-Ranks Test. This research was approved by the Human Research Ethics Committee, KhonKaen University, number HE653106
The results showed that 1) The application for developing self-help skills of children with cerebral palsy for parents was a program that could be used on mobile phones and computers. consisting of usage statement, parent ability test, learning management plans, media, pictures, videos for training, and self-help skills assessment form for children with cerebral palsy. The application was overall average appropriate. at the highest level(µ = 4.56, σ = .12) in terms of process use, it was at the highest level(µ = 4.56, σ =.26) and content was at a high level(µ = 4.58, σ = .14). 2) the abilities of parents before and after using the application to develop self-help skills of children with cerebral palsy were significantly different at the .05 level. and 3) the self-help skills of children with cerebral palsy before and after their parents used the application were significant difference at the .05 level.
