The second part included the stories before Empress Wu Zetian’s enthronement (22%), consisting of the following topics: (1) the sons of Wu Zetian (9%), (2) entering the court as a concubine and being the Empress Dowager (8%), and (3) seizure of political power as the royal millennium (皇太后) (5%).
