     Abstract The paper aimed to enhance Grade 12 students’ competency on creative thinking in the increasing water pressure STEM Education. Participants were 45 Grade 12 students from Khon Kaen, Thailand. Intervention of the STEM education unit was developed through the Design Thinking Process. The intervention had been carried out for 4 weeks. Methodology regards interpretive paradigm. The students’ competency on creative thinking was interpreted through worksheets, participant observation, and unstructured interviews regarding the OECD (2019) framework.The data was then categorized and analyzed for behaviors indicating creative thinking competency through social and scientific problem solving. The findings will clarify students' competency in the level of very good, good, and fair through how they solve the social and scientific problems about increasing water pressure in everyday life activities.
