     Abstract The objective of the research was to examine the synthesis of a conceptual framework for Learning Innovation on Digital Platform Based on Constructivist Learning Model and Design Thinking Process to Enhance Creative Thinking in Creating Content for Learning for Teachers in the Digital Age. This research model is document research and synthetic research, with experts examining the conceptual framework of Learning Innovation on Digital Platform. The tools used in research design include Theoretical Framework Synthesis Record Form Design, Conceptual Synthesis Record Form and assessment form for experts. The results of the research revealed that the conceptual framework has 5 important theoretical foundations as follows: 1) Fundamentals of Learning Psychology 2) Fundamentals of Pedagogy 3) Contextual Fundamentals 4) Fundamentals of Creativity 5) Fundamentals of Media and Technology Theory. And the design conceptual framework consisted of 4 steps 1) Stimulation of cognitive structures and creativity 2) Support for intellectual balance 3) Promoting knowledge and creative thinking 4) Assisting in creating knowledge and synthesize as a component of the learning environment consisting of 1) Problem situations 2) Learning resources 3) Intellectual tools 4) Learning exchange 5) Helping base and 6) Coaching
