| Abstract |
การศึกษานี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของงานวิจัยเรื่องผลของโปรแกรมส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพต่อความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมสุขภาพเพื่อป้องกันภาวะติดเชื้อในผู้ป่วยมะเร็งต่อมน้ำเหลืองชนิดนอนฮอดจ์กินที่ได้รับการรักษาด้วยยาเคมีบำบัด มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาตรวจสอบดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหา ความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมสุขภาพเพื่อป้องกันภาวะติดเชื้อในผู้ป่วยมะเร็งต่อมน้ำเหลืองชนิดนอนฮอดจ์กินที่ได้รับการรักษาด้วยยาเคมีบำบัด โดยนำเสนอกระบวนการพัฒนาแบบสอบถาม ประกอบด้วย 2 ขั้นตอน ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ขั้นเตรียมการ ผู้วิจัยศึกษาทบทวนวรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องนำมาพัฒนาเป็นแบบสอบถามความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมสุขภาพเพื่อป้องกันภาวะติดเชื้อ ขั้นตอนที่ 2 ขั้นการตรวจสอบคุณภาพของเครื่องมือด้วยการตรวจสอบดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหา (Content validity index: CVI) โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 ท่าน การตรวจสอบความเชื่อมั่นของเครื่องมือ (Reliability) โดยการทดลองใช้กับกลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ป่วยมะเร็ง ต่อมน้ำเหลืองชนิดนอนฮอดจ์กินที่ได้รับการรักษาด้วยยาเคมีบำบัด จำนวน 10 คน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) แบบสอบถามความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมสุขภาพเพื่อป้องกันภาวะติดเชื้อในผู้ป่วยมะเร็งต่อมน้ำเหลืองชนิดนอนฮอดจ์กินที่ได้รับการรักษาด้วยยาเคมีบำบัด ประกอบไปด้วย 2 ส่วน ได้แก่แบบสอบถามความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ 6 ทักษะ จำนวนข้อคำถาม 42 ข้อ ได้แก่ ทักษะการเข้าถึงข้อมูลสุขภาพและบริการสุขภาพ (8 ข้อ) ทักษะความรู้ ความเข้าใจ (13 ข้อ) ทักษะการสื่อสาร (6 ข้อ) ทักษะการตัดสินใจ (5 ข้อ) ทักษะการจัดการตนเอง (5 ข้อ) ทักษะการรู้เท่าทันสื่อ (5 ข้อ) และแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมสุขภาพเพื่อป้องกันภาวะติดเชื้อ จำนวน 17 ข้อ ในแต่ละข้อมีคำตอบเป็น มาตราส่วนประมาณค่าแบบลิเคิร์ทสเกล (Liked scale) แบ่งเป็น 5 ระดับ ยกเว้นทักษะความรู้ ความเข้าใจ เลือกคำตอบเป็นใช่หรือไม่ใช่ แปลผลคะแนนแบบสอบถามแบ่งเป็น 3 ระดับ ได้แก่ ระดับสูง ระดับปานกลาง และระดับต่ำ 2) การตรวจสอบคุณภาพของเครื่องมือ พบว่าการหาค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหารายข้อ (Item-level CVI: I-CVI) เท่ากับ 1.0 ค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหาทั้งฉบับ (Scale-Level CVI: S-CVI) เท่ากับ 1.0 ตรวจสอบความเชื่อมั่นของเครื่องมือได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาครอนบาค (Cronbach’s alpha coefficient) เท่ากับ 0.77 และ 0.71 ตามลำดับและตรวจสอบความเชื่อมั่นของเครื่องมือด้านทักษะความรู้ ความเข้าใจ ด้วยวิธีของคูเดอร์-ริชาร์ดสัน(Kuder-Richardson-20 : KR-20) เท่ากับ 0.72
แบบสอบถามความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมสุขภาพเพื่อป้องกันภาวะติดเชื้อที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีความตรงตามเนื้อหาและมีความเชื่อมั่นของเครื่องมืออยู่ในระดับน่าเชื่อถือ จึงมีความเหมาะสมในการนำมาประเมินความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมสุขภาพเพื่อป้องกันภาวะติดเชื้อในผู้ป่วยมะเร็งต่อมน้ำเหลืองชนิดนอนฮอดจ์กินที่ได้รับการรักษาด้วยยาเคมีบำบัด ทั้งนี้ควรศึกษาวิจัยเพิ่มเติมเพื่อทดสอบประสิทธิผลของเครื่องมือ
This study is part of the research on the effects of health literacy enhancement program on health literacy and preventive health behavior for infection among Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma patients treated with chemotherapy. The study aimed to develop and examine the validity and the reliability of the health literacy and preventive health behavior for infection questionnaire among Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma patients treated with chemotherapy. It presented the process of developing the questionnaire consisted of two steps. Step 1 preparation step. The researcher reviewed the relevant literature for the development of the health literacy and preventive health behavior for infection questionnaire. Step 2 the quality of the tools will be verified. Quality of the tools were examined in term of content validity index (CVI) verified by five experts. Reliability of the tools by tried out with 10 Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma patients treated with chemotherapy.
The results of the study revealed that 1) the health literacy and preventive health behavior for infection questionnaire among Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma patients treated with chemotherapy. Questionnaire consisted of two parts. The questionnaire included the health literacy questionnaire was divided into 6 skills with 42 items: Access skill (8 items); Cognitive skill (13 items); Communication skill (6 items); Decision skill (5 items); Self-management skill (5 items); Media literacy skill (5 items) and preventive health behavior for infection questionnaire with 17 items. A 5-point Likert scale was used in each item except for Cognitive skill, in each question select the answer as true or false. The results of the questionnaire divided into 3 levels: high level, moderate level, and low level. 2) Based on the verification the quality of the tools, results: validity test revealed that the Item-level CVI: I-CVI was 1.0 and Scale-Level CVI: S-CVI) was 1.0. The Reliability of the tools, results: reliability test revealed that the content Cronbach’s alpha coefficient were 0.77 and 0.71 respectively. The reliability test revealed about cognitive skill that the content Kuder-Richardson-20 (KR-20) was 0.72.
The developed health literacy and preventive health behavior for infection Questionnaire among Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma patients treated with chemotherapy had adequate quality, reliability and reliable. Therefore, it is appropriate for assessing the health literacy and preventive health behavior for infection among Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma patients treated with chemotherapy. However, future research should be carried out to evaluate effectiveness of the tools.
