| บทคัดย่อ |
This study examined the components of school administrators’ trust in private schools in Nong Khai province. The sample included 18 parameters consisting of administrators and teachers selected through a multi-stage random sampling. A 5-level rating scale questionnaire was employed as the research instrument, demonstrating a high- reliability value of 0.979). Descriptive statistics were utilised, including mean (x̅) and standard deviation (S.D.). Inferential statistics were assessed using Bartlett's Test of Sphericity, the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) test, and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). The research finding revealed that private school administrators’ trust comprises five primary components and thirteen sub-components, which are: (1) Act benevolently, consisting of two sub-components, (2) Reliability, with three sub-components, (3) Task competency, including two sub- components, (4) Personal integrity, with three sub-components, and (5) Interpersonal respect, which encompasses three sub-components. The building trust model for private school administrators in Nong Khai province demonstrated alignment with the empirical data, as evidenced by the statistical values: Chi-square = 42.36, df = 36 , X2=42.36, df=36 P-Value = 0.21, RMSEA = 0.025, SRMR = 0.0.023, CFI = 0.99, and TLI = 0.99 |
