บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ในการลงทุนธุรกิจคลินิกการพยาบาลและการผดุงครรภ์ ในอำเภอหนองอสองห้อง จังหวัดขอนแก่น ในด้านการตลาด ด้านการจัดการ ด้านเทคนิค และด้านการเงิน
ทั้งนี้ได้นำเครื่องมือ ได้แก่ สภาพแวดล้อมทั่วไปทางธุรกิจ (PESTEL Analysis) การวิเคราะห์จุดแข็ง จุดอ่อน โอกาสและอุปสรรค (SWOT Analysis) วิเคราะห์สภาพแวดล้อมทางการแข่งขัน (Five Force Model) การวิเคราะห์ส่วนประกอบทางการตลาด (Marketing Mix 7Ps) การบริหารองค์กรและการบริหารงานบุคคล (Management Analysis) การวิเคราะห์ด้านเทคนิค (Technical Analysis) และการวิเคราะห์ด้านการลงทุน มาใช้ในการศึกษา โดยการแจกแบบสอบถามเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 400 คน พบว่า ผู้เข้ารับบริการที่คลินิกการพยาบาลและการผดุงครรภ์ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 24.50 ปัจจัยส่วนผสมทางการตลาด ที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจเข้ารับบริการมากที่สุด คือ คลินิกตั้งอยู่ในพื่นที่ที่สะดวกต่อการเดินทาง มีป้ายชื่อชัดเจน และตั้งอยู่ในชุมชน ค่ารักษาสมเหตุสมผล ใช้สิทธบัตรทองได้ รวมทั้งมีความสะอาด เป็นระเบียบได้มาตรฐาน การศึกษาจึงมีความเป็นไปได้ทั้งในด้านของการตลาด ด้านการจัดการ ด้านเทคนิค และ ผลการศึกษาทางด้านการเงิน จะใช้เงินลงทุน 900,000 บาท ระยะเวลาดำเนินกิจการ 10 ปี และมีอัตราคิดลดที่ร้อยละ 10 พบว่า อัตราผลตอบแทนจากการลงทุน (IRR) ร้อยละ 29 มูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิ 970,432 บาท ระยะเวลาคืนทุน 2 ปี 24 วัน จึงสรุปได้ว่าธุรกิจคลินิกการพยาบาล มีความเป็นไปได้ในการลงทุน

Abstract
This study aims to investigate the feasibility of investing in a nursing and maternity clinic in Nong Song Hong District, Khon Kaen Province. The study was covering Marketing, Management, Technical and Financial. Therefore the study was performed to analyze general environment, internal environment, SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknessses, opportunities and threats), competitive environment, marketing mixed, management analysis, technical analysis and analyzed the investment by used questionnaire to collect the data from 400sample. The result showed marketing mix factors influencing service utilization decisions. The study found that 24.50% of the sample used nursing and maternity clinic services. The most influential factors in the decision to use these services were the clinic's convenient location, clear signage, community setting, reasonable treatment costs, acceptance of the Universal Coverage Health Insurance Card, and standards of cleanliness and order. The financial aspect of the study revealed an initial investment requirement of 900,000 baht, with a business operation period of 10 years and a discount rate of 10%. The Internal Rate of Return (IRR) was found to be 29%, with a Net Present Value (NPV) of 970,432 baht, and a payback period of 2 years and 24 days. Therefore, it can be concluded that the nursing clinic business is a feasible investment.
