     บทคัดย่อ Abstract In recent years , the Thai language teaching as a foreign language is developed continually ,and become more and more popular both in domestic and overseas. China is one of the country where has the most students who learning Thai language as a foreign language. However , researches show that there are many problems in Thai language teaching for Chinese students in China. It’s necessary to find teaching method what is more suited and more effective. Researches show that ,Task-based Learning management is worked with foreign language learning management. So ,the purposes of this research where 1) to study the Thai achievement of Chinese students by using task – based learning; 2) to study the problems of Thai language as a foreign language learning management for Chinese students by using task – based learning: 3) to development the tasks in Thai language as a foreign language learning management for Chinese students. The target group consisted of 14 Chinese freshman who learning Thai language as a foreign language in the second semester of 2017 academic year. The research instruments consisted of learning activities of task – based learning activity management plans , the Thai achievement test, students interviewed , filed notes ,students behavior assessment form and task – based learning activity management plans assessment form. And analyzed data by using statistics and descriptive. The research finding were as follows: 1) As for Thai achievement of Chinese student: the average score of Thai achievement of Chinese students by using Task-based Learning is 81.4 , and there are 13 students where qualified , counted to 92.8% of all students. 2) As for problems or disadvantages , has the following aspects: 2.1)the fitness between content of learning and tasks 2.2) the process of tasks and the ease or complexity of tasks 2.3)the learning management ability of teacher and academic knowledge of teacher 2.4) the students behavior control 3) As for the development of tasks , the research find that tasks which are effective for the Chinese students who study Thai language as a foreign language should have trait as following : 3.1) in the step of planning for a lesson, should pay attention to the fitness among lesson objective, learning content, and the Thai language ability of students authentically. 3.2)in the process of tasks ,should review and summary after every step of the tasks. 3.3) the students should play a role in estimate the tasks or lesson, teachers are not the only judge in the lesson. 3.4) It’s necessary to increase the opportunity for students to select the form ,content ,and time of tasks. 3.5) It’s very good for the students ,if the task has include listening speaking writing and reading at the same time.
