บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบของภาวะผู้นำแบบดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 5 เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย ดำเนินการ 2 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) ศึกษาเอกสารเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำแบบดิจิทัล เพื่อสังเคราะห์องค์ประกอบของภาวะผู้นำแบบดิจิทัลจากแนวคิดและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง และ 2) ยืนยันองค์ประกอบของภาวะผู้นำแบบดิจิทัลตามกรอบที่ได้สังเคราะห์จากเอกสาร โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ภาวะผู้นำแบบดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 5 มี 6 องค์ประกอบหลัก ได้แก่ 1) วิสัยทัศน์ผู้นำแบบดิจิทัล มี 3 องค์ประกอบย่อย ได้แก่ การสร้างวิสัยทัศน์ การสื่อสารวิสัยทัศน์ และการปฏิบัติตามวิสัยทัศน์ 2) การสร้างเครือข่ายดิจิทัลเพื่อการเรียนรู้ มี 3 องค์ประกอบย่อย ได้แก่ ผู้นำในการสร้างเครือข่ายทางดิจิทัล การสื่อสารทางดิจิทัล และการขยายเครือข่ายดิจิทัลเพื่อการเรียนรู้ 3) สมรรถนะทางดิจิทัลของผู้บริหาร มี 3 องค์ประกอบย่อย ได้แก่ ความสามารถใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลในการบริหารงาน ความสามารถขั้นพื้นฐานด้านเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล และการบูรณาการและสร้างสรรค์เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล 4) การพัฒนาสู่ความเป็นมืออาชีพของผู้บริหาร มี 3 องค์ประกอบย่อย ได้แก่ ต้นแบบในการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยี สร้างโอกาสทางการเรียนรู้โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล และสนับสนุนการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล 5) จริยธรรมที่ดีต่อองค์กรและสังคม มี 3 องค์ประกอบย่อย ได้แก่ จรรยาบรรณในการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล 2) จรรยาบรรณในการบริหารงาน 3) ประพฤติตนเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดี และ 6) การวัดและการประเมินผลด้วยเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล มี 2 องค์ประกอบย่อย ได้แก่ การใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลในการประเมินคุณภาพในโรงเรียน 2) การใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลในการเก็บรวบรวม และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล

Abstract
This research aim to study components of digital leadership of school administrators under the Khon Kaen primary educational service area office 5. Using descriptive research on 2 steps are 1) study 13 documents about digital leadership for synthesis the components of digital leadership, and 2) confirm the components by the 6 experts in educational administration. The research found that:
The digital leadership of school administrators consisted of 6 main elements include: 1) digital leader vision include 3 sub elements are building vision , communicated vision, and operational Vision; 2) digital network building for learning include 3 sub elements are a leader in building a digital network, digital communication, and expansion a digital network for learning; 3) digital performance of administrators include 3 sub elements are the ability to use digital technology in the management, the basic ability in digital technology, and integration and creative digital technology; 4) the development to the professional in administration include 3 sub elements are a master in applied technology, create opportunities for learning by using digital technology, and support the use of digital technology; 5) ethics for social and organization include 3 sub elements are the ethics of the use of digital technology, ethics in Management, and behave as a good role model; and 6) the measurement and evaluation with digital technology include 2 sub elements are using of digital technology in the quality evaluation in school, and using of digital technology in collecting and analyzing the data.
