| Abstract |
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอลักษณะทางวัฒนธรรมในงานบุญอีสาน ที่มีผลต่อการสร้างอัตลักษณ์ของชาวไทยเชื้อสายเขมร การศึกษานี้ใช้ระเบียบวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากการสังเกตการณ์อย่างมีส่วนร่วมและไม่มีส่วนร่วม การสัมภาษณ์ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก และการศึกษาจากเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผลการศึกษาพบว่า อัตลักษณ์ของชาวไทยเชื้อสายเขมรถูกปรับเปลี่ยนในพื้นที่ประเพณีบุญอีสาน โดยใช้ค่านิยมร่วมทางวัฒนธรรมกับกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์อื่น ๆ ในการสร้างอัตลักษณ์ของกลุ่มตน การปรับเปลี่ยนอัตลักษณ์ดังกล่าวสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงการปรับตัวของชาวไทยเชื้อสายเขมรให้สอดคล้องกับบริบทที่มีความหลากหลายทางชาติพันธุ์และการเสริมสร้างสัมพันธภาพระหว่างกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ต่าง ๆ ในพื้นที่
This paper deals with cultural aspects in Isan religious ceremonies, which affect the construction of the Khmer-Thai identity. Drawing results from qualitative research, which data collected techniques include participant and non-participant observation, key-informant interviews, and documentary study, this paper suggests that in the ceremonial space the Khmer-Thai identity has been modified by using cultural values shared with other ethnic groups in the construction to their identity This modification shows how they adapt themselves to multi-ethnic context and how they strengthen relationships with other ethnic groups. |
