| Abstract |
The network of district-based civil society organizations was founded in a meeting between
representatives of governmental agencies, people in the community, and the group/organizations
working in the district. It emphasizes participatory cooperation between the government and the
community, in order to solve the disorganized issues, and to assist people within the community
effectively and thoroughly. |
