This needs assessment research aimed to assess educational needs for develop teaching model : Mathematics English integrated with Technology (M.E.T.). The samples in the study are 154 teachers and school administrators in the secondary educational service area 31. The instruments used in this study is a questionnaire and open ended asking about the needs for develop teaching model. Quantitative data analyzed by mean and standard deviation and priority needs index (PNI), qualitative data analyzed by content analysis. The results found that the ranking of educational needs for develop teaching model (M.E.T.) from high to low were: 1) Curriculum should prepare by textbooks, guidebooks and equipment. 2) Teacher have the ability to connection the lesson of mathematics and english and technology 3) Teachers able to use technology in the teaching process and 4) Teacher based assessments in the assessment of learning and integrating student formative assessment in the evaluation.
