| บทคัดย่อ |
The purpose of this paper is to explore the relationships between the factors of supply chain collaboration (SCC) influence to collaborative advantage (CA) supply chain disruption (SCD) and customer satisfaction (CS) of manufacturing industry in Thailand. The model was developed applying interpretive structural modeling (ISM) and MICMAC analysis. Data is collected through Semi-structured interviews from five academia and industry experts. As a result, driving factors consist of information sharing and decision synchronization. Both of driving factors affects to interconnecting elements including incentive alignment, resource sharing, collaborative communication, joint knowledge creation, goal congruence and supply chain disruption (SCD). Moreover, supply chain collaboration as seven interconnecting elements affects to customer satisfaction (CS) and collaborative advantage (CA) consist of innovation, quality, offering flexibility and process efficiency indicators. In addition, this study will be valuable to improve production process in firms and useful for industry practitioners and researchers alike. |
