| Abstract |
บทคัดย่อ: การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะพื้นฐานบางประการของเกษตรกร สภาพการปลูกหม่อนเลี้ยงไหม ความต้องการการส่งเสริมการปลูกหม่อนเลี้ยงไหมของเกษตรกร และเปรียบเทียบความต้องการการส่งเสริมของเกษตรกร โดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 265 ราย และเก็บข้อมูลในช่วงเดือนมีนาคม - มิถุนายน 2561 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าสถิติ คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าต่ำสุด ค่าสูงสุด ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test และ F-test ผลจากการศึกษา พบว่า เกษตรกรมีความต้องการการส่งเสริมการปลูกหม่อนเลี้ยงไหมของเกษตรกรในระดับมาก ด้านความรู้ ได้แก่ โรคแมลงศัตรูหม่อนและการป้องกันโรคและแมลงศัตรูหม่อน การแปรรูปผลิตภัณฑ์จากหม่อนไหม ด้านรูปแบบการส่งเสริม ได้แก่ ทัศนศึกษาดูงาน และการฝึกอบรมเกษตรกรในพื้นที่ สำหรับความต้องการสนับสนุนปัจจัยการผลิต ได้แก่ การสนับสนุนไข่ไหม การประกันราคาไหม และ การส่งเสริมการสร้างกลุ่มเครือข่ายระหว่างผู้ผลิต ผู้ประกอบการ ผู้บริโภค ผลการเปรียบเทียบความต้องการการส่งเสริม พบว่า เกษตรกรที่มี อายุ พื้นที่ถือครอง จำนวนแรงงานในครัวเรือน การฝึกอบรมเรื่องไหม และประสบการณ์การเลี้ยงไหมที่แตกต่างกัน มีความต้องการแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติในบางประเด็น
ABSTRACT : This study was aimed to study some basic characteristics of farmers, mulberry cultivation and silkworm rearing practices, needs for extension on mulberry plantation silkworm rearing of farmers and compare needs for extension on mulberry cultivation silkworm rearing of farmers, The study data were collected using interview of the questionnaire was Calculate sample size from multi-stage sampling 265 samples were collected. during March - June 2018. The facts were analyzed by using frequency percentage medium mean minimum maximum standard deviation t-test F-test. The result showed that the farmers have high level requirement for knowledge on mulberry cultivation and silkworm rearing insect pests and disease of mulberry cultivation and it’s control and processing of mulberry silk. need high level of individual and group extension and need high level in extension to do study tour, training in farmers communities. Comparison of the farmers’ requirements for extension indicated that differences in age, land ownership , the number of workers in the households,. training silk , and experience on silkworm rearing found statistically significant differences in the requirements for some extension issues. |
