| บทคัดย่อ |
Four known meroterpenoids, chevalones A-C and E, four terpenoid pyrrolobenzoxazines, CJ-12662, CJ-12663, fischerindoline and eurochevalierine, and an isochaetominine C were isolated from the fungus Neosartorya pseudofischeri. Their structures were established on the basis of spectroscopic evidence. CJ-12662 and eurochevalierine exhibited antimalarial activity against Plasmodium falciparum, while chevalone C, CJ-12662 and eurochevalierine showed antimycobacterial activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis. In addition, most of them showed cytotoxicity against cancer cell lines. |
