     Abstract Universal Design for Learning and Information Processing were important for learner to success in memorize vocabulary. The purpose of this research was (1) To design and development of board game based on universal design for learning to enhance memorize vocabulary. (2) To the effect of evaluation of game board performance based on the concept of universal design. The target group comprised of 30 students at Wat Bueng Thong Lang School (Pitak Witthayakarn). Developmental research (Type I) was employed in this study. Data collection performed in the second semester in English subject in academic year 2019. The results revealed were found that: The board game based on universal design concept to promote vocabulary learning. For Grade 1 students, there are five components: (1) Problem Situation and Learning Mission, (2) Knowledge Bank, (3) Information Processing Center, (4) Scaffolding, and (5) Coaching. The learner’s information processing from board game based on universal design according to the Klausmeier principle (1985), three memory patterns were classified: (1) Sensory Memory (2) Short-Term Memory. And (3) Long-Term Memory.
