     Abstract The purpose of this research was to synthesize theoretical framework and designing framework of Constructivist multimedia learning environment Model using BYOD to enhance Creative Thinking for higher education students. Document analysis was employed in this study. The procedures were as follows: 1) to examine and analyze the principles, theories and related researches, 2) to study the context teaching and learning 3) to synthesize the theoretical framework and the designing framework of Constructivist multimedia learning environment Model using BYOD. The results revealed that the theoretical framework consists of 5 bases were as follows:1) Psychological base, 2) Pedagogical base, 3)Technological and Media theory base, 4) Contextual base and 5) Creative Thinking base. The designing framework of Constructivist multimedia learning environment using BYOD consisted of 5 stages and 8 elements. 5 stages of the designing framework as following: 1) Activating cognitive structures and promote Creative Thinking 2) Supporting for adjusting cognitive equilibrium 3) Supporting for enlarge cognitive equilibrium 4) Fostering for Creative Thinking 5) Supporting and enhancing knowledge construction. For 8 components were as following: 1) Problem base and learning task 2) Resources 3) Collaboration 4) Cognitive Tool 5)Center for enhancing Creative Thinking 6) Scaffolding, and 7) Coaching. © The Turkish Online Journal of Educational Technology.
