| Abstract |
The purpose of this research was to synthesize theoretical framework and designing framework of learn-ing environment model to enhance smart teacher for higher education. Document analysis was em-ployed in this study. The procedures were as follows: 1) to examine and analyze the principles, theories and related researches, 2) to study the context teaching and learning 3) to synthesize the theoretical framework and the designing framework of learning environment model to enhance smart teacher for higher education.
