     Abstract Growth mindset has become an important variable in education including for the role of school administators. School administrators require to have growth mindset for giving an impact in school organization. However, fewer studies have not explained the components for its development. The purpose of this research was to synthesize the conceptual components of growth mindset for school administrators. Descriptive research was carried out in 3 steps: 1) study of related documents and research, 2) in-depth interviews with 5 academic experts, and 3) confirmed the components by 5 academic experts. The research findings were as follows; there were 6 components of the growth mindset of school administrators including; 1) Mastery-Oriented Mindset consisted of several indicators, as follows (a) systematic thinking, (b) continuous learning of new things, (c) innovation, 2) Learning Goal Oriented comprised (a) achievement aiming (b) courage and challenge (c) looking for opportunities to learn and develop, 3) High Self-Efficacy included (a) self-efficacy, (b) Inspiration, (c) Learning from success, 4) Situational Awareness and open-minded involved (a) Open to criticism, (b) Flexibility and improvement, 5) Ambitions included (a) Management challenges, (b) Strategies to keep pace with change, (c) Building trust in shared learning, 6) Commitment to Self-Improvement consisted of (a) Realize self-development (b) Positive communication skills (c) Evaluation of one's performance. The implication of this research is that school administrators need to consider the usefulness of growth mindset as its components cover the roles of school administrators to work collaboratively with the others in order to achieve the goals effectively.
