Abstract This research aimed at exploring the effect of the classroom management of teachers on school facilities. A survey was administered to 317 teachers who work at elementary school in Vientiane city, Lao PDR. Taro Yamane’s calculation was applied to determine sample size and using the Stratified Random Sampling method. The 5-rating scale was distributed to the sample. To examine the relationships between the variables, inferential statistics (Pearson’s correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression) were used in this research. The results found that The highest mean score of independent variables of classroom management was namely setting up rules and procedures (x̅= 4.12) followed by managing instruction (x̅=4.10)building a positive interrelationship (x̅=4.09) and organizing physical environment (x̅=4.05). The lowest mean score was namely managing behaviors (x̅= 4. 04) . The overall mean score for classroom management was at a high average (x̅=4.08) . Meanwhile, the highest mean score of the component of school facilities was namely related to student learning (x̅=4.13), followed by the quality is a conducive environment to student behaviors (x̅=4.07), Facilities are maintained is related to student performance (x̅=4.02), and The quality of school facilities is related to teacher motivation to teach (x̅=4.01). The overall mean score for school facilities was high (x̅= 4. 05) . The Effect of Classroom Management Practice on Managing School Facilities in Vientiane City, Lao PDR was at a strong and positive correlation with statistically significant at the level of .01 with a very strong correlation (r=.85). In the context, the Setting up rules and procedures (β= .46) was the most important predictor, followed by Building a positive interrelationship (β=.29), Managing instruction (β=.13), and Managing behaviors (β=.10), respectively. The summary statistics of the estimated regression equation showed the variables for which the coefficients are statistically significant. These four independent variables of classroom management practice were successfully contributing 79.6 percent of the variance towards school facilities.
