     Abstract : The purposes of this research were to study a model of supply chain management that is productive and affects the supply chain members of the Golden Banana Community Enterprise Group. Northeastern region that has increased productivity and has a positive effect on the performance of all member units. Data were collected with three sample groups, consisting of farmers, factories, and consumers who bought the golden banana sold at 7-11 stores. The results showed that the farmers had 2.98 times the overall productivity of the farmers who planted the golden banana in the Northeast. The average individual productivity was 2.86 times. There was a supply chain management model with methods to increase productivity. by increasing income from cultivation to get a variety of methods besides harvesting products from the golden banana directly and from the sale of banana shoots and have to reduce logistics costs to the lowest. As for the factory, it was found that there was an increase in productivity. reliability performance Has a 100% complete order fulfillment rate. Responsiveness performance. There is a 24-hour order fulfillment cycle, performance, adaptability or flexibility. In the event that the customer wants to increase and decrease the amount of delivery of 100% Golden Banana, the competence in managing supply chain costs Total cost to meet demand is 2,820,000 baht per month.
